Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City and travel when needed.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and confidential records for Top Management.
  • Coordinate reports, action items, and client visits with teams.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth calendar management and prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
