Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work in Pasay City and travel when needed.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and confidential records for Top Management.
- Coordinate reports, action items, and client visits with teams.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and official correspondence.
- Ensure smooth calendar management and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
