JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
· Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, Linkedin, and other recruitment platforms.
· Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office, HR systems, and handling confidential information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
· Graduate of a relevant four-year degree.
· At least one (1) year of recruitment-related experience.
· Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Basic proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Major Function and Duties:
· Develops and monitors cadet competency and performance programs.
· Conducts reviews and assessments of cadet shipboard training.
· Plans and coordinates cadet training schedules and requirements.
· Liaises with clients and schools on cadet training activities.
· Prepares training plans, budgets, and progress reports.
Minimum Qualification Standard:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering.
· One year of experience in a maritime training or education role.
· Knowledge of STCW and competency-based training standards.
· Strong coordination and communication skills.
