Section Head I, Quality Assurance

Job description:

• Acts as Lead/Internal Auditor in checking and maintaining the implementation of quality management system standards, to which the company subscribes.
• Prepares and arranges audits plans to ensure that all areas of the organization will be covered and audited by an auditor independent of the area being audited.
• Conduct opening and closing meetings during audits.
• Conduct an audit with suppliers/affiliated schools to ensure its compliance and maintains standard basic requirement in accordance with the standard operating procedure and other statutory requirements.
• Prepares and summarizes Audit Reports.
• Evaluate the need for risk assessment and privacy impact assessment.
• Conduct of risk assessment and privacy act assessment and ensure that mitigating measures will be provided.
• Coordinate with all the departments for the measures or mitigating action related to risk assessment and privacy impact assessment.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standard procedure.
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards in reference to the standard of certifying body and regulatory requirements.Review the implementation and efficiency of quality procedures.
• Secure compliance documents from the accreditation body, government, and other regulatory agencies.
• Conduct audit with suppliers/affiliated schools to ensure its compliance and maintains standard basic requirement in accordance with the standard operating procedure and other statutory requirements.
• Establish procedure and documentation process.
• Performs other necessary tasks as may be assigned.
